The Challenge
The Pizza Master is a premium sourdough pizza brand positioning itself as Pakistan's pizza authority — with signature flavors like The Phantom, Extreme Chicken Tikka Blast, and a legendary 20-inch Beast Pizza. Their digital experience needed to match that bold energy: cinematic hero promos, appetite-driven photography, and ordering flows as fast as their 30-minute delivery promise.
Menu complexity was significant. Categories span deals, pizzas, starters and sides, pastas, desserts, beverages, and gourmet dips — each with customization options, combo builders, and price tiers from solo deals at Rs 590 to family banquets at Rs 3,890. Guests needed to switch between delivery and pickup, select Karachi areas like DHA Phase 1-8, and customize crusts without friction.
Mobile-first ordering from Karachi made performance and conversion critical. The site had to surface high-value combos like the Double Trouble deal in the hero, keep category navigation thumb-friendly, and persist delivery location across sessions — all while maintaining brand drama with dark UI, red accents, and kettle wood-fired positioning.
The Solution
ZadionLabs designed and built a high-conversion ordering platform on Next.js anchored by cinematic hero sliders — leading with "Slices So Huge, They Deserve the Crown of Pizza Masters" and rotating promos for the Double Trouble Combo, Beast Feast, and signature sourdough pizzas.
We architected the menu into scrollable category rails — Deals, Pizzas, Starters & Sides, Pastas, Desserts, Beverages, and Gourmet Dips — with card-based product tiles, Customize and Quick Add actions, and clear price-from labeling. Deal cards break down combo contents so guests understand value before checkout.
A delivery location modal captures city, area, phone number, and delivery-versus-pickup preference upfront — with USE LOCATION, 24/7 availability messaging, and 30-minute delivery promises. The header keeps location, order type toggle, and cart persistent across the browse journey.
Signature items like The Phantom black-pepper base, Wicked Sriracha Lava, and the 20-inch Beast Pizza each have dedicated hero moments and menu positioning. Performance optimization, semantic HTML, Open Graph metadata, and image optimization target strong Core Web Vitals on mobile. The site launched on schedule at pizzamaster.zadionlabs.com.
