UNOIT — Case Study
Client: UNOIT Darlinghurst
Industry: Beauty & Wellness

The Challenge
UNOIT is an award-winning barber and wellness destination on Crown Street, Darlinghurst — but their digital presence did not match the in-chair experience. Guests who walked through the door encountered cinematic lighting, warm hospitality, and a service menu spanning barber cuts, keratin treatments, curated experience packages, and CAMS Cosmetic Aesthetic MediSpa. Online, that same depth and confidence was missing.
The brand needed a website that could carry premium positioning without feeling generic. Service categories had grown complex: signature barber services with tiered pricing, experience packages like The Boss and The Deluxe, and a separate CAMS skin clinic offering laser rejuvenation and anti-wrinkle treatments. Each needed clear hierarchy so guests could browse without overwhelm and book the right treatment quickly.
Mobile-first traffic from local Sydney guests made performance non-negotiable. Booking flows had to communicate deposit policy and cancellation terms upfront. SEO visibility for high-intent searches — barber Darlinghurst, grooming experiences, skin clinic Sydney — was essential for foot traffic in a competitive hospitality market.
The Solution
ZadionLabs designed and built a cinematic, editorial website on Next.js that mirrors UNOIT's in-salon atmosphere — dark luxury aesthetics, confident serif typography, and a conversion-focused journey from discovery to booking. The hero leads with "Barber, but different" positioning and an immediate Reserve Your Chair call-to-action, setting tone before guests scroll into services.
We structured the service architecture into three clear layers: signature barber services with transparent pricing and beverage-inclusive copy, curated experience packages for gifting and indulgence, and a dedicated CAMS MediSpa section that cross-sells skin treatments without diluting the barber brand. Award badges, a founder quote from Costa Zacharia, and Heart On My Sleeve charity messaging build trust throughout the scroll narrative.
Navigation anchors — About, Services, Experiences, CAMS, Visit — keep phone number and Book Now persistent in the header. The visit section combines location, map, Instagram, and online booking with policy copy visible before checkout. Performance optimization, semantic HTML, Open Graph metadata, and image optimization target strong Core Web Vitals on mobile.
Delivery followed a focused sprint cadence: brand direction and wireframes in days 1–2, visual design and component build in week one, content integration and booking UX in week two, then SEO, QA, and production deployment on Vercel in week three. The site launched on schedule at unoit.zadionlabs.com.
